STEP TWO

Complete our Authority to Act form to receive expert assistance from our friendly conveyancing solicitors.

STEP THREE

Ask your real estate agent to send us your sales contract so we can check it and ensure it is fair to you. We will negotiate any changes on your behalf.

STEP FOUR

Once you’re satisfied with the contract, your real estate agent will arrange for both yourself and the buyer to sign.

STEP FIVE

We’ll review the signed contract and send you a letter outlining what you’ll need to do prior to Settlement.

STEP SIX

If your property is mortgaged, contact your lender to arrange for the mortgage to be released from the title of the property.

STEP SEVEN

We’ll review the signed contract and send you a letter to outline what you need to do before Settlement. We’ll provide transfer duty forms for you to complete and return to us prior to settlement.

STEP EIGHT

We’ll complete settlement on your behalf, notify the real estate agent and ask the real estate agent to release the balance of the deposit to you.
